American Viticulture
Photographic Series
Inkjet Prints
American Viticulture documents the agricultural landscapes and migrant descendant communities within the Vaca and Mayacamas Mountain Ranges. Through the study of these landscapes, the series explores the visual nuances found in the American Viticulture Areas of the Napa Valley, as well as the history of latin-migration across North America and how that pertains to viticulture and the labor-force. The work, through large-scale inkjet prints culminates dialogue on ecology, visual evidence, and migration ethics.
